We know that some of our clients are looking for land to build the home of their dreams from the ground up. We can provide our expertise with purchasing the right lot in the right neighborhood to fulfill these needs and help our clients partner with the right local Builder that not only compliments their design and floor plan needs, but also quality, budget and time constraints. We have experience working with all the big builders in town and can make the right recommendations and referrals based on our client’s unique and specific needs, including negotiating contracts, upgrades and other incentives.
We know that building a home can be an arduous and stressful process therefore we provide our clients, especially those that are remote our project management services to help oversee the construction process and provide any support we can through the process.
We also provide our design services during this process for help with material and color selection, upgrade selection and other design related decisions that our client may need assistance with making.
